Cutting optimisation: digitise, network, automate

The mainstay for the use of saw and software combinations is the continuous data flow. The data required for cutting optimisation comes directly from the ERP or CAD system installed with the customer. The interface descriptions and templates provided by Striebig allow the data to be uploaded without any problems. Material and parts list templates can be exported as Excel csv files. Load the file directly into the optimisation software and process it there, tailored to the task at hand. There are already interfaces for a large number of ERP and CAD applications. What's important: The integration of the data import must be accompanied both professionally and individually by the users themselves or their IT partner. The STRIEBIG software packages import the data exclusively for cut optimisation. The ERP or CAD system installed with the user takes the lead and is also used for other internal applications, whether in the commercial or technical/design area.

Striebig AG offers the OptiDivide solution for digital retrofitting of the numerous saws in the workshops. The system works independently of the machine control. Many STRIEBIG models from 2001 onwards can be equipped with it and be used even more effectively.

Take over parts lists via data import from conventional ERP or CAD systems and optimise them with the STRIEBIG cutting optimisation software directly at the office workstation.
